The starting point
A consultancy with 35 employees planned capacity in one shared spreadsheet. One person owned it, and the answer to “who is free in October” took a day to get.
What we did
A one-day assessment, import of employees and customers from PowerOffice Go, and a pilot where two department heads planned the next quarter in Kapasativ while the rest still used the spreadsheet.
Result
After three weeks the whole company switched. The Monday meeting is now about the exceptions, not about finding them.
The best part was that we could test it on real data without dropping the old way first.
